Sports medicine is about the date an athlete gets back. Injuries arrive the morning after a match, imaging has to be booked quickly, and the note must show the mechanism, the tests and the return-to-play plan so the physio, the coach and the athlete read the same thing.
Appointment types cover the new assessment, injury evaluation, follow-up, pre-participation physical, rehabilitation review, return-to-sport clearance, injection therapy and concussion assessment.
The sports medicine template records the mechanism of injury, sport and activity level, the musculoskeletal examination, special tests and the return-to-play plan.
Lab and imaging orders come from the same visit. The clearance letter or plan prints on your letterhead after you sign.
Consent for injections such as PRP or corticosteroid goes by link with an e-signature and is saved to the record.
