  1. New plans and prices in India

    In India, Practice Starter is now a paid plan at ₹699 a month, or ₹559 a month billed annually, and every plan is billed from the first day. Existing clinics keep their plan and price. Nothing changes outside India.

  2. Practice Starter is free again

    Practice Starter is free forever in every country, with no card needed. Every paid plan starts with a 5-day trial: add a card or UPI, and autopay begins after 5 days.

  3. When to take each medicine, in Devanagari

    Patient instructions printed in Hindi or Marathi now say when to take each medicine, before or after food. Lines the doctor did not dictate are marked for the doctor to confirm.

  4. Cleaner OPD prescription printing

    Printed OPD prescriptions on a hospital letterhead now lay out doses, durations and vitals more clearly.

  5. Notes are not lost when saving fails

    If a note cannot be saved, it stays on screen and you can try again. Dentists who sign a prescription can now print it.

  6. Clinical Scribe in the main menu, with note history

    Clinical Scribe has its own place in the app menu. Past notes are kept in a history. You can change a draft by speaking or typing an instruction.

  7. Confirm each medicine before you sign

    The draft prescription shows each medicine on its own card. The doctor ticks each one to confirm it.

  8. A check on voice bookings

    If Relaya Voice says an appointment is booked but none exists on the calendar, your staff get a task to follow up.

    Every price in the app now comes from one list per market, so the price you see is the price you are charged.

    Clinics on a trial can set up payment from their billing page when they are ready. Nothing is charged before then.
