We are building the operating system for healthcare.

One intelligent system under every clinic and hospital, with each visit documented in the language the doctor speaks.

    One system for the whole day of care.

    The call, the consultation, the pharmacy counter and the bill share one patient record. Nobody types a visit twice.

    Notes in the doctor's own language.

    Doctors switch languages mid-sentence. Relaya listens across 26+ languages and drafts the note for the doctor to sign.

  3. 03

    Made for the busiest OPD, then everywhere.

    If software keeps up with an Indian outpatient clinic, it keeps up anywhere. Relaya already runs in 8 markets.

Why now

Speech technology can finally follow a real consultation.
A doctor who moves between Hindi, English and a regional language in one breath can now be transcribed and understood, phrase by phrase.
India has built digital health rails.
Health IDs and ABDM give records a standard way to travel. Relaya is ABDM-Ready and speaks FHIR R4.
The consultation is short and the paperwork is not.
Published studies put an Indian primary-care consultation at about two minutes (Irving et al., BMJ Open 2017). Every second of typing comes out of that.
