This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of Relaya's clinical documentation platform. It exists to protect our users, their patients, and the integrity of the healthcare documentation process.

• Recording and transcribing clinical consultations with patient consent
• Generating SOAP notes, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation
• Using AI-assisted coding suggestions for billing purposes
• Sharing documentation with authorised care team members
• Exporting records to integrated EMR/EHR systems
• Training staff on platform usage within your organisation

• Recording consultations without informed patient consent
• Generating fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading medical records
• Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer AI model weights or training data
• Using the platform for non-clinical purposes (legal depositions, insurance fraud)
• Sharing account credentials with unlicensed individuals
• Uploading malware, scripts, or automated scraping tools
• Circumventing security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Using outputs to make clinical decisions without professional review

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before recording consultations. Relaya provides consent templates and in-app consent capture tools, but the legal obligation rests with the practitioner. Consent must be documented and retained as per applicable Indian medical regulations.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access, termination of your subscription without refund, and reporting to relevant medical regulatory bodies where legally required. We investigate all reported violations and maintain an internal audit trail.

If you become aware of any misuse of the platform, please report it immediately to abuse@relaya.one. Reports may be made anonymously and will be investigated within 48 hours.
