Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All Relaya plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform features included in your selected plan. No payment is taken during the trial, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin and your chosen payment method will be charged.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
3. Annual Subscriptions
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the year.
- After 30 days, no refund will be issued for annual subscriptions.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current annual billing period.
4. Billing and Payment Processing
All billing for Relaya is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle processes all payments, refunds, and invoicing on our behalf.
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:

- Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages not covered by our SLA
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Circumstances where the service was materially different from what was described

7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
