Prosthodontic work is a sequence of lab-dependent visits: impression, try-in, adjustment, delivery. A missed try-in holds up the lab and the patient. Many patients are older, and some need a family member to manage the bookings.
Appointment types cover crown consultation, impression, try-in, cementation, denture fitting and implant prosthesis. Each has its own length, so a try-in can be booked for the day the lab work is due back.
WhatsApp confirmations can go to the number the patient gives, including a family member's.
The prosthodontics template records the chief complaint, prosthetic assessment, procedure and plan. When there is a choice between a denture, a bridge and implants, the plan you dictate prints on your letterhead for the patient to take home.
