A physiotherapy practice sells courses, not single visits. The work at the desk is keeping a patient on their sixth session when the pain is already better after the third. The work in the room is measuring change: range, pain score, the test that was positive last week.
Appointment types carry their own durations, so a 45-minute initial assessment and a 30-minute treatment session sit correctly in each therapist's calendar. Relaya's calendar works per therapist and per room, which matters when two people share one treatment bay.

The physiotherapy template follows the order you already write in: subjective, objective, treatment, then plan and goals. Pain on a 0 to 10 scale, range of motion and special tests have their own fields. Dictate after the session and the draft fills them. You review and sign.
