Implant treatment runs over months: consultation, CBCT and planning, placement, a healing period, the second stage, then the prosthesis. Each step waits on the one before. Patients drop off in the healing months, and the fee is often paid in parts.
Appointment types follow the sequence: implant consultation, CBCT and planning, implant placement, second stage, impression and prosthesis delivery. Recall lists pick up the patient whose healing period is over but who has not booked the second stage.
Send a payment link for each stage by UPI or card. The bill shows what has been paid.
The implantology template records the implant site by tooth position, the implant system, diameter and length, and bone quality on the Lekholm and Zarb scale, next to the bone assessment and the plan. Say them once and they land where you look for them at the second stage.
Consent for implant surgery goes by link with an e-signature and is saved to the patient record.
