Healthcare technology

Intelligent healthcare technology. Built for work that must get done.

Relaya develops software for clinical workflows and healthcare operations. Our released clinical tools work alongside healthcare professionals; broader enterprise work begins with a scoped evaluation, not a promise to replace existing systems.

Deployment claims are published only with evidence and permission.

RELAYA RX

Prescribing intelligence that knows the patient.

A prescription is only safe for the person it is written for. Relaya Rx reads every prescription against that person: pregnancy, kidney and liver function, allergies and the medicines they already take.

  • Relaya Rx stopped five dangerous prescriptions in a head-to-head safety test. The AI medical scribe it was tested against stopped none.

  • 10 weeks pregnant. An ACE inhibitor, a statin and a tetracycline. Relaya Rx caught all three.

Clinical software and accountable operations

Released product work where evidence exists. Scoped enterprise work where it does not yet.

Care teams

Clinical documentation and connected workflows with clinician review.

Hospitals

Narrow operational problems evaluated against agreed acceptance criteria.

Software partners

OEM and integration collaboration only where responsibilities are explicit.

Institutions

Technical evaluation for a defined requirement, without invented deployment claims.

Our aim

We are building the operating system for healthcare.

One intelligent system under every clinic and hospital, with each visit documented in the language the doctor speaks.

Three aims

  1. 01

One system for the whole day of care.

The call, the consultation, the pharmacy counter and the bill share one patient record. Nobody types a visit twice.

  2. 02

Notes in the doctor's own language.

Doctors switch languages mid-sentence. Relaya listens across 26+ languages and drafts the note for the doctor to sign.

  3. 03

Made for the busiest OPD, then everywhere.

If software keeps up with an Indian outpatient clinic, it keeps up anywhere. Relaya is built in India and international deployments are evaluated case by case.

Front desk

Front desk, handled.

Walk-ins, bookings and callbacks sit in one place, so the team works from the same list.

Patients check in at the white front desk of a bright, modern clinic.
  • Give each walk-in a token. The waiting room screen shows who is next.

  • Patients book online into the slots you set. Your rules decide where they go.

  • Callbacks and follow-ups land in one list, each with an owner and a due time.

Relaya Voice

Speaks your patients' language.

Relaya Voice answers your clinic's phone in several languages. Today that is English, Hindi and Hinglish, the mix of Hindi and English many callers use in one sentence.

It books, moves and cancels appointments on your calendar, using your rules, and passes anything clinical or urgent to your staff.

  • HinglishHindi and English in one sentence

Hear the Hindi voice

  • Kya naam hai aapka?

    What is your name?

  • Main dekhti hoon, ek moment.

    Let me check, one moment.

  • Booking confirm ho gayi hai.

    Your booking is confirmed.

Relaya drafts. The doctor decides.

The AI writes the first draft. A licensed clinician reviews it, edits it and signs it.

  1. 01

    The doctor signs

Nothing prints until the doctor has reviewed and signed the note.

  2. 02

    Not dictated means marked

Lines you did not dictate are marked for you to confirm.

  3. 03

    Every change is logged

Record views and edits go into an audit trail.

  4. 04

    Your workflow stays

We change the AI inside Relaya as better models arrive. Your workflow does not have to change.

Everything in one place

One login instead of a drawer full of tools.

Each row is a Relaya module that clinics use today, on the same patient record.
